Let's not forget our winner though. Kosta Koutrikas had just won the Dennis Nolan Medal at the Presentation Night, and then reeled off 6 wins in the Handicap Singles to claim the $100 prizemoney. Koutrikas defeated Adam Leek in the final, winning the deciding leg in 18 darts with a sensational peg of 84 (S20, T14, D11). Leek's night earned him $50 along with the honour of being SADA's 50th person to hit a 170 Peg (see separate post).
Semi Finalists were Luke Hall who gave himself plenty of opportunity to knock off Leek, and Ray White who beat last year's winner Adrian Spain before running into an in-from Koutrikas.
There were 47 participants in the Handicap Singles and plenty more on-lookers following the Presentation Night which was a fantastic turn-out. Thanks to all for coming.
