The season will feature 18 teams, including two new teams, across three divisions at four different venues.
All three divisions will feature six teams playing each other three times in 15 rounds. There will be no byes. Premier A utilises all four venues, Premier B will be played across three venues, while Premier C is played entirely at one venue – the Croydon Bowling Club.

There are two weeks off in the regular season for public holidays (Adelaide Cup and Easter Monday), while the finals also have a one week break after the first week due to the King's Birthday public holiday.
All three divisions will be competing to make the Top 4 spots to play finals. The winners of each division’s Grand Final will receive $300, while the runners-up receive $200.
The defending champions in Premier A are the Paradise Knights, who will again be hard to beat. Premier B will see the Black Knights attempt to defend their title after winning from 4th spot. Premier C champions, the MOA Dingoes, have been promoted to Premier B, meaning a new side will be etched onto the perpetual Premier C trophy.
SADA welcomes two teams to its ranks, who will look familiar to many players. After the disbandment of the Cobras franchises over summer, Paul Linke will lead ‘Fire & Ice’ in Premier A with a few of his Cobras teammates and other recruits. While Ben Dell has brought Beers & Spears back to SADA after a hiatus of two-and-a-half years. They will play in Premier C.
As always, captains will vote for the best and most sporting players from the opposition each week in the Dennis Nolan (Premier A), Peter Gibson (Premier B) and Lorraine Gibson (Premier C) Medals.
The Ron Miller MVP Award will be back for its second season in all three divisions, which is calculated by a statistical formula to find the player who has been the most valuable across each league for the season. The points in the Ron Miller MVP Award are updated each week on Facebook and the Stats page of this website.
Finals are held across three weeks with the top 2 sides earning the double chance – where one finals win out of two attempts will get them into the Grand Final. Teams finishing third and fourth need to win 2 out of 2 finals to make the Grand Final.
The season will finish the week after the Grand Finals when the Presentation Night is held, followed by the annual Handicap Singles tournament.
All SADA players are invited to the SADA AGM on Monday 19 January to review the 2025 year from a financial and operational perspective. The SADA Committee for 2026 will be elected and the Delegates Meeting (for 2026 captains) will be held.
